| The Insolvency Law. | José Luis Luceño Oliva es Licenciado en Derecho por la Universidad de Sevilla, Máster en Asesoría Fiscal por la Universidad de Sevilla, Máster en Derecho Contractual Europeo por la Universidad Pablo de Olavide y EMBA en Economía y Dirección de Empresas por el Instituto Internacional San Telmo, siendo también Experto en Contabilidad y Auditoría por la Universidad Carlos III y Experto en Derecho Concursal por la Universidad de Deusto. En la actualidad es el Director Jurídico Corporativo de Grupo Puma, profesor asociado de Derecho Mercantil en la Universidad Pablo de Olavide de Sevilla, profesor del Máster Universitario en Asesoría Jurídica de Empresas de la Loyola Leadership School y del Máster en Asesoría Jurídica de Empresas de la Fundación de de Estudios y Prácticas Jurídicas de Granada. |
