| One of the objectives of this book is to detect and analyse, based on the experience and professional background of the research team, best legal and procedural practices in due process of law allowing for a reduction of labour litigation costs without detriment, inasmuch as possible, to the rights of nationals and EU citizens and of foreigners with legal residence in the European Union.
